I was ready to go full hate mode on Natsumi, but somehow... I found her to be really fun, but annoying as well! Every Love Live generation has this type of character, but I feel Natsumi is very unique because she's extremely honest and doesn't shy away from what she's doing or how she's manipulating the girls in a sense.

But we'll have to be honest, someone like Natsumi is necessary because she's not afraid of trying new things or do certain stuff to accomplish her goals, sometimes greed can be really good as its a force that can motivate people by a lot... and Natsumi is indeed abusing her greed to new heights and for the greater good.

The only bad thing she did was she didn't inform them about how much the videos will earn which in turn can actually help the club. But I think in their clubs case its not allowed by the school we'll see. I actually like her because she has a straight goal from the start.

As for Natsu herself, not so sure how I feel about her. I'm not even sure how they'll turn a money-grubbing producer into a likable character when so far all we've seen her care about is Leila's ad revenue.

Natsumi's redeeming quality so far is her hard work, her motivation and getting things done.

OK, over the course of the Love Live franchise, there have been a number of girls I find myself not as fond with compared to others, mostly coming down to preference, but I still find myself liking my least favorite girls in the franchise. Then Natsumi showed up.

Like first off, OMG, that OniNatsup is just cringe....and I thought Nico's "Nico Nico Nii" catchphrase was bad. Second, what a jerk. Girl has a failing YouTube career, clearly got fired from her Uber Eats and moving job, and is now desperate for money. She's everything I hate in a YouTuber, those in it for money and/or clout, or just a bad person in general.

Any other show, it's hit the road jack for Natsumi.

I'm sure she has her reasons that we'll get soon enough. But she's still irredeemable for me. Like, why couldn't she earn the money in a legit way? Why is she using others to make money?

Yes, but there's a reason why Nico would lie to her siblings, or Eli and Dia's respective reasons on why they disapprove of idols, or why Lanzhu would disagree with Yuu and the Nijigasaki girls' take on idols.

This is just a selfish girl who clearly thinks of herself, trying to capitalize on Liella's popularity, screw everyone else as long I get what I want.

In Dia's case the writers had to hold her back or she would have become best girl too easily. :P

It might be strange, but Liella has 100k followers on Instagram, and if Natsumi uploads the video several times a week, everything is possible.

Don't underestimate the money that comes from Adsense on Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, merchandise, etc.

Considering Natsumi's personality, she'll squeeze the value of Liella as much as possible.

They might even include promotion of certain items such as a drink or something, probably.
